A very warm welcome to Roecroft Lower School. I feel extremely privileged to have the opportunity to be the Headteacher at a school that is truly outstanding.

Children lie at the heart of this successful school, staff are dedicated and committed to ensuring pupils thrive academically and achieve their full potential. We are also driven to ensure their emotional well-being and mental health is supported, as they grow and learn to thrive in the diverse world around them.    

The culture at Roecroft has a strong ethos of inclusion. We encourage our families to use and live the language of a Values based Education both in and out of school. You can find out more by clicking on the values tab of the website.

My expectations are always set high, for both myself, staff and pupils. As a team, we are constantly learning and refreshing our knowledge. We strive for greatness every day and hope to pass this passion onto our pupils. We want our pupils to be dedicated learners that are ambitious and strive for success.
